Laser Removal for Rust, Oil, and Grease on Riverside Metal Properties
Rust and oil are two of the most common stains we see on Riverside properties, and both settle into metal. Our Laser Cleaning/Removal lifts rust, oil, grease, and other buildup off the surface by vaporizing it right off the metal. If your metal needs it, call JM Pressure Washers at (909) 701-9977, and we’ll take a look.
The Metal Types We Laser Clean
We laser clean aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, and other metals. Here’s how each one tends to come to us.

Aluminum
We laser clean aluminum, lifting away buildup without touching the metal underneath.

Bronze
We clean bronze the same way, with the laser removing the rust, oil, and grease that have built up on it.

Stainless Steel
On stainless steel, the laser removes rust, oil, and grease, leaving the surface behind.

Why Facilities Choose Laser Cleaning / Removal Over Sanding and Chemicals

Zero Chemicals, Zero Runoff
The laser vaporizes the contaminants off the metal, so there's nothing to rinse, reclaim, or haul away afterward. No chemicals go onto your surface, and no runoff ends up on your floor, so you don't have cleanup to deal with once we're done.

Seconds Instead of Sanding
A patch of rust that would take half an hour or more to sand by hand can clear in seconds under the laser. That speed gets the metal you need back in service sooner and cuts downtime.

Honest Advice on How Often You Need It
We'll tell you how often your property actually needs cleaning, even when that means coming out less often. If monthly service will give you the same result as weekly, we'll say so and save you the money. Most laser jobs are a one-time clean, and we'll tell you when that's all your metal needs.

How We Price Laser Cleaning / Removal Jobs
How we price a laser job depends on what we find, and you’ll get the final number in your quote.
- $500 minimum, then hourly, flat-rate, or by measured area. The minimum reflects the extra setup and materials laser work takes compared with pressure washing. From there, the price depends on the area size and the number of technicians and hours the job needs. For smaller jobs, we can quote right from your photos.
We also have a couple of ways to bring the cost down:
- Book three or more services on the same day, including laser cleaning, and get 10% off.
- Set up recurring work for a discount of 5%, 10%, or 15%. The rate depends on the size of the job and how many services you bundle. Ask about it when you get your quote.
Our Promise Before We Leave Your Facility
We don’t leave your property until you’re completely happy with the work, until we’ve earned a five-star review from you. We hold to that standard on every commercial job, and if something still isn’t right after we finish, we make it right no matter what it takes.
